The ZNDR is a modern design with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 460 heated sf.  It features vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows, a storage loft, a small kitchen, a laundry nook, a workshop, and screened porch.  Like all BSIDE Models, the ZNDR is built from super-insulated panels and incorporates accessibility features throughout.
